11.2024 A Nite of Aspirations & Beyond

The 23^rd Annual Dinner event was successfully organized on 28^th November 2024 at the One World Hotel, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The annual event was graced by YBhg. Datuk Hanafi Sakri, Deputy Secretary General (Industrial Development), Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) on behalf of the MITI Minister, YB Senator Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul Bin Tengku Abdul Aziz.

P2SA took the opportunity to organize a supplier showcase at the foyer of the Imperial Grand Ballroom prior to our Annual Dinner for all our guests. A total of 12 selected Perodua Suppliers were able to showcase their journey, history, and participation in growing the industry ecosystem together with their current and future challenges in the industry. P2SA also managed to invite two established financial institutions, namely MBSB Bank and MIDF to promote their institutions together with their product and service offerings to support Perodua’s supplier ecosystem.

The showcase was able to express P2SA depth and breadth of our suppliers both in terms of its ecosystem sustainability and challenges faced with the various visits by our VIPs and senior Government officials together with Perodua Top Management.

This was followed by an in-person video interview with the selected Perodua suppliers during the dinner on their views and expressed requests to address the challenges faced by the ecosystem.

P2SA would like to record our sincere appreciation to the Perodua top management as well as to the management team in making this event a success through their support for the showcase among Perodua suppliers. Special thanks to the suppliers who are continuously supporting the event, which is one of our most successful events and was attended by more than 1,200 guests.

As part of P2SA’s CSR activities under the auspicious of ‘P2SA Caring Society Contribution’, a donation was presented to three (3) selected charity homes and organizations such as Pusat Jagaan Titian OKU Nur, Gabungan Anak-Anak Palsi Serebrum (Gaps) & Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation National Centre during the dinner event.

As usual, the highlight of the annual dinner was the presentation of Perodua Suppliers Annual Awards, which carried a very attractive theme this year. A total of seven (7) award categories were presented by PMSB and two (2) award categories from PSSB.
